摘要 电机在石化领域属于耗能大户,提高电机系统能效,对实现石化企业绿色发展,降低碳排放,起到重要支撑作用。目前石化领域电机系统节能评价指标较少,未充分考虑管网对电机系统的影响。提出一种用于详细分析管网能耗的建模方法。首先,基于电路等效法推导了有压管道、阀门、泵的扬程、流量的数学模型;随后,以简单管网水泵系统为基本案例,通过理论分析,证明了电路等效建模方法的准确性、可行性;对试验机泵系统进行分析,指出有必要量化管网各组成部分能量损耗,进一步优化管网效率;同时电机系统效率提升需综合考虑设备效率、管网效率、各环节耗电量、安全稳定运行指标等因素,从系统角度降低能耗。 Motors are large energy consumers in the petrochemical field, and improving the energy efficiency of motor systems plays an important supporting role in realizing the green development of petrochemical enterprises and reducing carbon emissions. At present, there are few energy-saving evaluation indicators of motor systems in the petrochemical field, and the impact of pipe network on motor systems is not fully considered. In this paper, a modeling method for detailed analysis of energy consumption of pipe networks was proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of the head and flow rate of the pressured pipe, valve and pump were derived based on the circuit equivalent method.Subsequently, taking the simple pipe network pump system as the basic case, the accuracy and feasibility of the circuit equivalent modeling method were proved through theoretical analysis. The test machine pump system was analyzed, it was pointed out that was necessary to quantify the energy loss of each component of the pipe network, which further optimized the efficiency of the pipe network. At the same time, the efficiency improvement of the motor system needed to comprehensively consider the factors such as power consumption, equipment efficiency, pipe network efficiency, safe and stable operation indicators of each link, and energy consumption should be reduced from the perspective of the system.
