烃类蒸汽转化反应和变换反应工艺分析及工业应用

摘要 烃类蒸汽转化反应和变换反应是制合成气工艺的主反应。研究讨论了原料、水碳比、温度对烃类蒸汽转化反应和变换反应深度的影响。高温、高水碳比有利于烃类蒸汽转化反应,低温、高水碳比有利于变换反应。实际生产运行表明:CN-28YK/Z111-6YQ型转化催化剂组合床层可适用于催化干气、加氢干气、天然气混合气原料,转化炉出口CH体积分数平均值是4.46%;FB123型变换催化剂性能优异,变换炉出口CO体积分数平均值是2.67%;装置整体运行平稳。 The effects of feedstock, water-carbon ratio and temperature on the depth of hydrocarbon steam reforming reaction and CO shift reaction were discussed. High temperature and high water-carbon ratio are favorable for hydrocarbon steam reforming reaction, and low temperature and high water-carbon ratio are favorable for CO shift reaction. Industrial production operation showed that the combined CN-28YK/Z111-6YQ type reforming catalyst can be used for the mixed gas, which is composed of catalytic dry gas, hydrogenation dry gas and natural gas. The average CHvolume fraction at the outlet of reforming reactor is 4.46%. FB123 type CO shift catalyst has excellent performance, the average CO volume fraction at the outlet of CO shift reactor is 2.67%. The overall operation of the plant is stable.
