加氢装置反应流出物系统结盐腐蚀分析与控制建议 被引量:2

摘要 由于原油中硫、氯、氮等腐蚀性物质的作用,在炼化企业加氢装置生产过程中出现铵盐结晶带来的腐蚀问题。对加氢装置反应流出物系统的结盐腐蚀典型工艺流程、工况、物料的腐蚀性进行了分析,分析了加工物料中氯质量分数、硫质量分数和氮质量分数,并以此为基础对氯化铵和硫氢化铵的结盐温度进行了计算,系统地分析了加氢装置的结盐腐蚀风险,提出了控制工艺温度大于结盐温度、注水和材质升级等3项腐蚀控制措施与建议。 Due to the action of corrosive substances such as sulfur, chlorine and nitrogen in crude oil, corrosion problems caused by crystallization of ammonium salt appear in the production of hydrogenation unit. In this paper, the typical process flow, working conditions and corrosivity of materials of the reactor effluent of hydrogenation unit were analyzed. The mass fractions of chlorine, sulfur and nitrogen in the processed materials were analyzed, and the salt deposition temperatures of ammonium chloride and ammonium sulphide were calculated. The risk of salt corrosion of hydrogenation unit was systematically analyzed, and corrosion control measures and suggestions were put forward such as controlling process temperature to be higher than salt formation temperature, water injection and material upgrading.
