静态注射化学发光法测定盐酸多巴胺含量

摘要 盐酸多巴胺常被作为治疗心梗、脑梗及癫痫的特效西药,生物体内该物质分析检测技术备受关注。通过在碱性介质中盐酸多巴胺强烈抑制过氧化氢-鲁米诺和双功能化石墨烯(GO-ABEI-Hemin)体系的化学发光,建立了盐酸多巴胺静态注射化学发光分析检测法。考察了GO-ABEI-Hemin双功能发光材料用量、反应介质pH值和过氧化氢用量对该化学发光法测定多巴胺的影响。本测定方法多巴胺浓度的线性范围为1×10^(-7)~5×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),检出限为3×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)。 Dopamine hydrochloride is often used as a specific western medicine for the treatment of myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and epilepsy. The analysis and detection technology of this substance in vivo has attracted much attention.The chemiluminescence of the hydrogen peroxide-luminol and bifunctional graphene(GO-ABEI-Hemin) systems was strongly inhibited by dopamine hydrochloride in an alkaline medium. Accordingly, a chemiluminescence analysis method for static injection of dopamine hydrochloride was established. In this paper, the effects of the amount of GO-ABEI-Hemin bifunctional luminescent material, the p H value of the reaction medium and the amount of hydrogen peroxide on the determination of dopamine by chemiluminescence were investigated. The linear range of dopamine concentration of this method was 1×10^(-7)~5×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1), and the detection limit was 3×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1).
