Comprehensive Evaluation on the Development of Green Economy in China

基于绿色经济的内涵进行实证分析,构建绿色经济发展状况评价指标体系,再采用因子分析法得出三个公因子,并计算各因子得分、综合得分及排名,将因子得分作为分析变量,利用系统聚类法对各地区进行聚类分析,从而得出东西部地区绿色经济发展状况存在区域差异,且不同地区存在不同短板的结论,据此提出可行性建议。

This paper made an empirical analysis based on the connotation of green economy.Firstly,the evaluation index system of green economy development was constructed,then three common factors were obtained by factor analysis method,and the factor score,comprehensive score and ranking were calculated.Then the factor score was taken as the analysis variable,and the cluster analysis was carried out for each region by using the system clustering method,so as to draw the conclusion that there are regional differences in green economy development between the East and the West,and there are different short boards in different regions.Finally,according to the analysis results,feasible suggestions are put forward.
