摘要
油气资产价值评估为海外项目开展多目标投资优化组合提供关键的参数,受合同类型、财税政策以及资源国社会环境等多方面影响,关键参数的研究不同于国内项目。文章以海外开发项目为载体,开展了不同开发阶段、不同合同类型、不同地面特征三大类型8种情景下油气资产价值的影响因素分析,采用主成分分析法确定主要影响因素,以灰色关联法定量描述各影响因素的权重,从技术、经济两方面研究与价值关联的关键参数。通过研究,确定了5个关键参数,为海外项目顺利开展多目标投资优化组合提供了技术支持。
The valuation of oil and gas assets provides key parameters for overseas projects to carry out a multi-objective investment optimization portfolio.Being affected by various aspects such as the type of contract,fiscal and taxation policies,and the social environment of the resource country,the study of key parameters is different from the evaluation of domestic projects valuation.Based on overseas development project,the influencing factors of oil and gas asset value in 8 different development scenarios under different development stages,different contract types and different ground characteristics were analyzed.The principal component analysis method was used to determine the main influencing factors,the grey correlation method was used to quantitatively describe the influence weights,and the key parameters related to value was studied in aspects of technology and economy.5 key parameters were identified through the research,providing technical support for overseas projects to smoothly carry out multi-target investment optimization portfolio.
