浙江省推进食品安全追溯闭环管理系统,聚焦食品安全治理体系和治理能力现代化,构建食品安全精密智控闭环管理体系,全面提升食品安全治理效能,并取得较好的应用效果。本文对食品安全追溯体系的作用、国内建设现状及问题进行分析,以期能够助力我国食品安全追溯体系的发展。

Zhejiang province has promoted the closed-loop management system for food safety traceability,focusing on the modernization of food safety governance system and governance capacity,building a closed-loop management system for food safety precision intelligent control,comprehensively improving the efficiency of food safety governance,and achieving good application results.This paper analyzes the construction,effect and existing problems of food safety traceability system in China,in order to help the development of China food safety traceability system.
