保健食品监管现状与分析

在日常生活中随处可见保健食品以及养生保健馆,无疑会增加公众对保健的关注度,但当前我国保健品行业存在虚假广告、夸大产品效果等问题,因此构建完善的保健食品监管制度成为重要内容,同时也是推动行业稳定发展的有效途径。从某种程度上讲,保健食品市场的稳定发展对提升公众身体素养有一定的帮助作用,但如果没有严格监管,必定会对公众的身体健康以及财产安全有负面影响。本文分析了保健食品监管现状,提出了完善保健食品监管的措施。

The existence of health food and health centers can be seen everywhere in daily life,which will undoubtedly increase the public’s attention to health care.However,there are still problems such as false advertisements and exaggerated product effects in China’s health care products industry.Therefore,building a sound health food supervision system has become an important part,and it is also an effective way to promote the stable development of the health food industry.To a certain extent,the stable development of the health food market will help to improve the public’s physical literacy,but if there is no strict supervision,it will definitely have a negative impact on the public’s health and property safety.This paper analyzes the current situation of health food supervision and proposes measures to improve health food supervision.
