摘要
食品在生产期间涉及的环节较多,存在很多安全风险因素。对此,相关部门工作人员一定要深入了解新时期食品质量安全问题,采取针对性的生产管理措施,保证食品安全,进而为人们提供更安全、健康的食品。本文阐述了当前食品质量安全存在的主要问题,并提出科学有效的生产管理措施。
During the production of food,many links are involved,and there are many safety risk factors.In this regard,the staff of relevant departments must have an in-depth understanding of food quality and safety issues in the new era,take targeted production management measures to ensure food safety,and then provide people with safer and healthier food.This paper mainly expounds the main problems existing in the current food quality and safety,and puts forward scientific and effective production management measures.
