摘要
当前,我国食品安全尚处在特殊历史发展阶段,社会监管体系尚不完善,监管手段尚未完全到位,食品检验工作成为当前监管我国食品安全问题的一个重要手段。基于此,本文针对食用农产品当前抽检工作中需要关注的一些问题进行分析,并提出了抽检工作具体的风险防范对策。
At present,food safety is still in a special historical development stage in China.The social supervision system is not perfect,and the supervision methods are not fully in place.The food inspection work has become an important means to supervise the current food safety issues in China.Based on this,this paper analyzes some issues that need to be paid attention to in the current sampling inspection of edible agricultural products,and proposes specific risk prevention countermeasures for sampling inspection.
