摘要 质量控制是食品检验检测的关键环节,也是进一步加强食品安全控制的重要措施,对我国食品市场的安全发展、社会的和谐稳定发展具有重要作用。本文简要阐述了食品检验检测过程中质量控制的细节问题,提出了切实可行的应对措施,并根据食品检验检测工作要求,进一步提出基于过程的质量控制优化路径,以进一步明确食品检验检测过程中存在的质量隐患,突出细节、质量控制的重要性,为今后高效、高质量开展食品检验检测工作提供可靠的借鉴资料。 Quality control is the key link of food inspection and detection,and also an important measure to further strengthen food safety control.It plays an important role in the safe development of food market and the harmonious and stable development of society.In this study,the details of quality control in the process of food inspection and testing were briefly described,and the practical measures to deal with the details of quality control in the process of food inspection and testing were proposed.Then,according to the requirements of food inspection and testing,the process-based quality control optimization path is proposed.Through this research and exploration,we can further clarify the hidden dangers of quality in the process of food inspection and testing,and highlight the importance of detail control and quality control,to provide reliable reference materials for developing food inspection and testing work with high efficiency and quality in the future.
