摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定水果罐头中柠檬黄、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红和亮蓝共7种合成着色剂的分析方法。样品用乙醇-氨水溶液提取,固相萃取柱净化,经C色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果表明,7种合成着色剂在0.08~4.00 μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,检出限均为0.05 mg·kg^(-1),定量限均为0.1 mg·kg^(-1),加标测试的平均回收率在82.77%~101.67%,重复性RSD为0.21%~3.58%,适用于水果罐头中7种合成着色剂的定性、定量检测。
The method for the determination of seven synthetic colorants in canned fruits by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The samples were extracted with ethanol ammonia solution,purified by solid phase extraction column,separated by Ccolumn and detected by diode array detector.The results showed that the linear relationship of the seven synthetic colorants was good in the range of 0.08~4.00 μg·mL^(-1),the detection limits were all 0.05 mg·kg^(-1),the quantitative limits were all 0.1 mg·kg^(-1),the average recovery was 82.77%~101.67%,and the RSD was 0.21%~3.58%,which was suitable for the qualitative and quantitative detection of the seven synthetic colorants in canned fruits.
