摘要
本文设计并实施乳粉中钙的检测能力验证计划,制备3个浓度含钙乳粉样品用于能力验证,使用稳健统计分析评价实验室能力。结果表明,乳粉中钙的满意率为97.1%,表明乳粉中钙的检测水平总体良好。
A validation plan for the detection of calcium in milk powder was designed and implemented in this paper.Three milk powder samples containing calcium were prepared for the validation.Robust statistics were used to analyze and evaluate the laboratory capacity.The results showed that the satisfaction rate of calcium in milk powder was 97.1%,indicating that the detection level of calcium in milk powder was generally good.
