摘要
目的:建立快速检测蜂蜜中的水溶性糖的方法。方法:用振荡方式提取蜂蜜中的水溶性糖,用XBridgeTM糖柱分离,示差折光检测器检测,色谱峰面积外标法定量。结果:4种水溶性糖的质量浓度在0.5~10.0 mg·L^(-1)与其对应的色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.04~0.28 mg·L^(-1),回收率为99.0%~104.5%,RSD为0.44%~3.30%(n=5)。结论:该方法样品处理简便,可用于蜂蜜中的水溶性糖含量的检测。
Objective:To establish a new method to quickly detect the soluble sugars in honey.Method:Soluble sugars from honey were extracted by oscillations,separated by a XBridgeTM sugar column,detected by a differential refractive detector,and quantified by peak area external calibration.Result:The mass concentration of the four soluble sugars had a good linear relationship ranging from 0.5 mg·L^(-1) to 10.0 mg·L^(-1),with the correlation coefficient not less than 0.999,and the detection limit was 0.04~0.28 mg·L^(-1).The average recovery rate was 99.0% to 104.5%,and the RSD was 0.44% to 3.30%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple for sample processing and can be used to detect the soluble sugar content in honey.
