豆芽中生长调节剂检测现状简析

Analysis on the Current Situation of the Detection of Growth Regulators in Bean Sprouts

豆芽因营养丰富、价格低廉成为人们日常生活中的常见蔬菜。近年来我国芽菜产业迅速发展,但“问题豆芽”事件却被频频报道,因此豆芽质量安全问题引起广泛关注。植物生长调节剂是毒豆芽的主要原因,它的危害也逐渐引起人们的关注及热议,并不断深入研究。本文针对目前豆芽中生长调节剂的检出现状进行简要分析,总结发现市售豆芽中植物生长调节剂的滥用依然存在,为了切实保障食品质量安全,建议加强对市售豆芽进行抽样检测工作。

Bean sprouts have become a common vegetable in people’s daily life because of their rich nutrition and low price.In recent years,the sprout industry in China has developed rapidly,but the “problem sprout” events have been reported frequently,so the quality and safety of sprout has aroused widespread concern.Plant growth regulators are the main cause of poisonous bean sprouts,and the harm has gradually attracted people’s attention and hot discussion,and has been studied in depth.In this paper,the current situation of the detection of growth regulators in bean sprouts was briefly analyzed,and it was concluded that the abuse of plant growth regulators in commercial bean sprouts still existed.In order to effectively ensure the food quality safety,it was suggested that the sampling and testing of commercial bean sprouts should be strengthened.
