针对加强食品检验检测质量控制的研究

摘要 食品检验检测质量控制不仅关系到消费者的安全和身体健康,也关系到我国社会经济发展的质量,随着社会经济的发展和人们生活质量的提高,多样化的食品种类应接不暇,食品需求与日俱增,为保障公众的身体健康,必须加强食品安全标准的制定和食品安全检测工作,结合现代化技术手段提高我国食品安全管理水平。就目前情况来看,食品种类的增多加大了检验检测难度,食品安全问题仍然屡见不鲜,造成不良的社会影响,出现“食品恐慌”现象。因此,食品安全问题应从食品检验检测工作入手,提升食品质量管理水平,符合食品安全生产标准,切实保障公众饮食安全,提高国民的健康水平。 The quality control of food inspection and testing is not only related to the safety and health of consumers,but also related to the quality of China’s social and economic development.With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s quality of life,there are too many kinds of food,and the demand for food is increasing day by day.In order to protect people’s health,it is necessary to strengthen the formulation of food safety standards and food safety testing,combine modern technology to improve the level of food safety management in China.As far as the current situation is concerned,the increase of food types has increased the difficulty of inspection and detection.Food safety problems are still common,causing adverse social impact and the phenomenon of “food panic”.Therefore,food safety issues should start with food inspection and testing,improve the level of food quality management,comply with food safety production standards,effectively ensure the food safety of the people,and improve the health level of the people.
