摘要 随着经济社会的快速发展,国民食品安全意识不断提高,人们对食用农产品的质量提出了更高的标准和要求,而农药的施用是影响农产品质量安全的主要原因。农产品中残留的农药会危害人类身体健康,影响农业生产和出口贸易。本文综述了农药残留的产生、危害及其主要的检测方式,以期为农产品农药残留检测水平的升级提供方向,为完善农产品质量安全监管体系提供参考。 With the rapid development of economy and society,people have raised higher standards and requirements for the quality of edible agricultural products,and the application of pesticides is the main reason affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products.Pesticide residues in agricultural products will harm human health and affect agricultural production and export trade.In this paper,the production,harm and main detection methods of pesticide residues were reviewed,in order to provide direction for the upgrading of detection level of pesticide residues in agricultural products,and to provide some ideas for improving the supervision system of agricultural product quality and safety.
