食品检测中农药残留检测技术的探讨

摘要 本文对农药残留的危害性和检测对象进行分析,讨论了气相色谱检测技术、电化学分析技术、波谱解析技术、酶抑制检测技术、酶免疫检测技术、胶体金检测技术和纳米生物检测技术的应用要点,通过研究农药残留检测技术的发展趋势,积累检测技术的应用经验,提高农药残留检测结果的准确性。 In this paper,the harmfulness and detection objects of pesticide residues are analyzed,and the application points of gas chromatography detection technology,electrochemical analysis technology,spectrum analysis technology,enzyme inhibition detection technology,enzyme immunoassay technology,colloidal gold detection technology and nano biological detection technology are discussed.Through studying the development trend of pesticide residue detection technology,the application experience of detection technology is accumulated,and the accuracy of pesticide residue detection results is improved.
