In this paper,the harmfulness and detection objects of pesticide residues are analyzed,and the application points of gas chromatography detection technology,electrochemical analysis technology,spectrum analysis technology,enzyme inhibition detection technology,enzyme immunoassay technology,colloidal gold detection technology and nano biological detection technology are discussed.Through studying the development trend of pesticide residue detection technology,the application experience of detection technology is accumulated,and the accuracy of pesticide residue detection results is improved.
