基于树莓派的无线位姿智能节点研究与设计

摘要 针对船体结构位姿监测布线困难、位置布放不够灵活等问题。结合现有的无线通信技术,文章研发设计的无线位姿智能节点,采用基于GPS差分技术与MEMS倾角传感器的位姿监测方法,可以实时监测结构的运动姿态,监测数据稳定可靠。该无线节点采用树莓派作为控制处理核心,包含传感采集模块、数据存储模块、边缘计算模块、无线通信模块,具有自适应组网、安装方便、布置灵活以及系统鲁棒性高等优点,为无线通信技术在船舶结构监测领域的应用提供了一种新的思路。 It is aimed at the problems of difficult wiring of hull structure posture monitoring and inflexible placement of positions. Combined with the existing wireless communication technology,a wireless pose intelligent node is developed and designed,and the pose monitoring method based on GPS differential technology and MEMS inclination sensor can be used to monitor the motion pose of the structure in real time,and the monitoring data is stable and reliable. The wireless node uses Raspberry Pi as the control processing core,including sensor acquisition module,data storage module,edge computing module,and wireless communication module. It has the advantages of self-adaptive networking,convenient installation,flexible layout and high system robustness. The application of wireless communication technology in the field of ship structure monitoring provides a new idea.
