摘要 随着“互联网+”时代的到来,网络运维技术也日渐复杂,在智能化时代的背景下,自动化运维成为运维技术发展的主要趋势,依托于SDN/NFV技术、大数据平台、人工智能算法以及传统的运维数据采集,能够有效缓解传统运维方式中工作量大、重复劳动、效率低的问题。文章在对自动化运维技术研究的基础上,探讨了网络自动化运维中网络业务编排和故障诊断、预测的需求和关键技术,并针对需求阐述自动化运维系统的设计思路,作为系统实现的技术参考。 With the advent of the “Internet +” era, network operation and maintenance technology is becoming more and more complex. Under the background of the intelligent era, automatic operation and maintenance has become the main trend of the development of operation and maintenance technology, relying on SDN/NFV technology, big data platform, artificial intelligence algorithm and traditional data collection. It can effectively alleviate the problems of heavy workload, repeated work and low efficiency in the traditional operation and maintenance mode. Based on the research of automatic operation and maintenance technology, this paper discusses the requirements and key technologies of network business arrangement, fault diagnosis and prediction in network automatic operation and maintenance, and expounds the design ideas of automatic operation and maintenance system according to the requirements, which can be used as a technical reference for system implementation.
