摘要
煤炭作为国家保障性供给能源,在过去的10年中助力了国民经济的飞速发展,但煤炭开采工作有着极高的危险性。文章结合实际应需求使用硬件设计与软件编程相融合的方法设计了一种基于超宽带(UWB)通信技术的矿井内人员定位系统。该定位控制系统的硬件电路设计包括:以STM32F411CE为核心的主控最小系统、UWB射频无线收发模块、电源管理模块。软件系统通过双向飞行时间算法结合三边定位算法设计定位程序。定位控制系统的目标节点搭载于矿井从业人员所佩戴的矿井安全帽上。在意外发生时,系统迅速定位矿工的具体位置,进而保证煤炭开采的安全生产。
As a national guaranteed supply energy,coal has contributed to the rapid development of the national economy in the past decade,but coal mining work is extremely dangerous. In this paper,we design a personnel location system in the mine based on ultra-wideband(UWB)communication technology using the integration of hardware design and software programming in conjunction with the actual demand. The hardware circuit design of the positioning control system includes the STM32F411CE as the core of the main control minimal system,UWB radio frequency radio transceiver module,power management module. The software system designs the localization program through a bidirectional time-of-flight algorithm combined with a trilateral localization algorithm. The target node of the positioning control system is mounted on the mine helmet worn by the mine employees,and the system quickly locates the specific position of the miner when an accident occurs,thus ensuring the safe production of coal mining.
