摘要
汽车生产企业通常在总装车间和涂装车间之间设置涂装缓冲区(PBS),以满足生产计划的随机性和不确定性。文章利用西门子机电概念设计软件NX1847设计PBS缓冲区的虚拟仿真模型。仿真模型由本区轨道、入库车道、出库车道、移行机轨道、辊床、水平移行机、旋转移行机、汽车、限位传感器等部分组成。通过NX软件的配置可以使仿真模型具有实际物理意义。
Automobile manufacturers usually set up coating buffer zone (PBS) between final assembly workshop and coating workshop to meet the randomness and uncertainty of production plan. In this paper, the virtual simulation model of PBS buffer is designed by using Siemens electromechanical conceptual design software NX1847. The simulation model is composed of the track in the area, the inbound lane, the outbound lane, the track of the mobile machine, the roller bed, the horizontal mobile machine, the rotary mobile machine, the automobile, the limit sensor and so on. Through the configuration of NX software, the simulation model can have practical physical significance.
