摘要
在工业自动化实际生产中,为了满足对不同模拟量的控制需求,使用模拟量模块实现可编程控制器对变频器的控制已成为一种主要方法。文章采用具体设备:FX3u-48MT可编程控制器、FX3u-3A-ADP模拟量转换模块、FR-E800变频器,以项目化实际应用为主线,阐述了根据不同类型的输入信号,经过模拟量模块的数模转换后,控制变频器调节电机转速的操作过程。
In the actual production of industrial automation, in order to meet the control requirements of different analog quantities, using analog quantity module to realize the control of frequency converter by programmable controller has become a main form. This paper uses specific equipment: FX3 u-48 MT programmable controller, FX3 u-3 A-ADP analog conversion module and FR-E800 frequency converter. Taking the project-based practical application as the main line, this paper expounds the operation process of controlling the frequency converter to adjust the motor speed according to different types of input signals after the digital to analog conversion of analog module.
