摘要
乐高教师培训项目,为教师培训活动的有效开展提供了理论参考,对教师培训内容、过程的选择和设计在实践方面提供了指导。本文针对教育部——乐高“创新人才培养计划”教师培训项目,通过文献查询、问卷调查、教学实践等方法,总结了对培训影响比较大的主要的因素,以此提高教师信息化教学实践能力的策略,提升培训的效果,让教师真正从培训中受益并学以致用。
The LEGO teacher training project provides a theoretical reference for the effective implementation of teacher training activities,and provides guidance for the selection and design of teacher training content and process in practice.Aiming at the teacher training project of the "innovative talents training plan" of the Ministry of education Lego,this paper summarizes the main factors that have a great impact on the training through document inquiry,questionnaire survey,teaching practice and other methods,so as to improve the strategies of teachers’ information-based teaching practice ability,improve the training effect,and enable teachers to truly benefit from the training and apply what they have learned.
