摘要
目的对国产全自动微生物质谱检测系统的临床常见病原菌鉴定能力进行评价。方法收集该院2021年3-5月来自临床非重复菌株302株。采用CMI-3800全自动微生物质谱检测系统(CMI-3800 MS)和VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定仪(VITEK 2 Compact)对病原菌进行鉴定,结果不一致的菌株采用16SrDNA基因测序予以确认。结果CMI-3800 MS鉴定到属水平有297株(98.34%),鉴定到种水平有288株(95.36%);VITEK 2 Compact鉴定到属水平有296株(98.01%),鉴定到种水平有277株(91.72%)。两种检测方法鉴定属一致的为296株(98.01%),种一致的为277株(91.72%);在种不一致的25株中取18株采用16SrDNA测序鉴定。结果显示,CMI-3800 MS有12株标本在种水平鉴定与16SrDNA基因测序结果完全一致,4株标本属水平一致,其余2株种属均不一致;VITEK 2 Compact有13株标本在属水平鉴定与16SrDNA基因测序的结果一致,4株种属均不一致,有1株未能鉴定出来。结论CMI-3800 MS与VITEK 2 Compact对临床常见病原菌的鉴定结果较一致,但前者通量大、重复性好、操作简便,且在时间和经济成本上明显优于后者,符合对临床微生物鉴定的要求。
Objective To evaluate the identification ability of common clinical pathogens in a domestic automatic microbiological mass spectrometry detection system.Methods A total of 302 non-repetitive strains isolated from different clinical specimens in the hospital from March to May 2021 were collected.CMI-3800 automatic microbial mass spectrometry detection system(CMI-3800 MS)and VITEK 2 compact automatic microbial identification system(VITEK 2 Compact)was used to identify the pathogens.The strains with inconsistent results were confirmed by 16 SrDNA gene sequencing.Results A total of 297 strains(98.34%)were identified at the genus level and 288 strains(95.36%)at the species level by CMI-3800 MS.A total of 296 strains(98.01%)were identified at the genus level and 277 strains(91.72%)at the species level by VITEK 2 Compact.The results of the two methods showed that 296 strains(98.01%)were consistent at the genus level and 277 strains(91.72%)were consistent at the species level.Among the 25 strains with inconsistent results at the species level,18 strains were identified by 16 SrDNA sequencing.The results showed that 12 strains identified in CMI-3800 MS were completely consistent with 16 SrDNA sequencing results at the species level,4 strains were consistent at the genus level,and the other 2 strains were inconsistent.13 strains identified in VITEK 2 Compact were consistent with the results of 16 SrDNA gene sequencing at the genus level,while 4 strains were inconsistent,and 1 strain could not be identified.Conclusion CMI-3800 MS is consistent with VITEK 2 compact in the identification of common clinical pathogens,but the former has large throughput,good repeatability,simple operation,and is significantly better than the latter in terms of time and economic cost,which meets the requirements of clinical microbial identification.
