2015—2020年重庆市结核菌/艾滋病病毒双重感染患者流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of TB/HIV co-infection patients in Chongqing in 2015-2020

目的分析2015—2020年重庆市结核菌(TB)和艾滋病病毒(HIV)(简称TB/HIV)双重感染(简称“双感”)患者流行病学特征,为制定和完善双感防控策略提供科学依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统的子系统—结核病管理信息系统资料,通过描述流行病学,对2015—2020年重庆市TB/HIV双感患者的时间、空间和人群分布进行统计分析。结果2015—2020年重庆市共登记结核患者115118例,其中TB/HIV双感患者占1.01%(1165/115118),呈逐年上升趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=44.13,P<0.05);从人群分布来看,男性双感患者所占比例在80%以上,且以35~74岁的青壮年为主,60%的患者职业是农民;从地区分布来看,经济发展较快的主城区和渝西片区发病率较高,江津区发病率为全市最高,万州区和万盛区发病率涨幅明显。结论重点关注主城区和渝西片区的男性青壮年进城务工人员的健康宣教,加强结核患者和HIV/AIDS人群的双向筛查工作,进一步完善重庆市双感防控策略。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of TB/HIV co-infection patients in Chongqing 2015-2020,and to provide evidence for formulating and improving TB/HIV co-infection control strategies.Methods By describing the epidemiology,the population,geographical and time distribution of TB/HIV co-infection patients were analyzed based on Subsystem of the Chinese disease control and prevention information system-TB management system,2015-2020.Results From 2015 to 2020,a total of 115118 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were registered in Chongqing,the proportion of TB/HIV co-infection among TB patients was1.01%(1165/115118).The proportion was significant increasing trend(χ_(趋势)^(2)=44.13,P<0.05).For the population distribution,about 80%of TB/HIV co-infection patients were male,and the youth and middle age groups more than other age groups.For occupational distribution,most cases were farmers.For regional distribution,the incidence of TB/HIV co-infection was mostly distributed in urban areas and the west of Chongqing.the incidence of TB/HIV co-infection in Jiangjin district was the highest in Chongqing.The incidence of TB/HIV co-infection in Wan zhou district and Wan sheng district were rising faster than other districts.Conclusion We should focus on health education of youth and middle age groups in floating population,especially in urban areas and the west of Chongqing.Strengthen the bi-directional screening for TB patients and HIV/AIDS,further to improve TB/HIV control strategies of Chongqing.
