How to Build the Countryside?A Case Study on Wantouqiao Township Center

如何进行乡村建设是一个值得深思的话题。文章以湾头桥乡镇中心设计过程为例,分析当地居民的生活情境,选取当地集市中非常普遍的“棚架”作为原型,以重复和其他组织方式赋予建筑中国传统文化的“山水”形制。同时结合武冈地区丘陵的地形地貌特征构建具有生活化和东方美学意义的“山之意象”,从现实生活和人文艺术方面维持乡土传统的延续。

How to build the countryside is a critical topic.Using the example of Wantouqiao Township Center,the article analyzes the local residents’life scene and selects the"wigwam"which is common in the market as the prototype.The design shows the"mountains and rivers"modality in traditional Chinese culture through the prototype’s physical repeat and other methods.Meanwhile,influenced by the hilly land form of Wugang region,this center presents the"mountain imagery"with life and oriental aesthetic and intends to maintain the continuation of local tradition from the realistic and humanistic aspects.
