雷州半岛、香港地区乡村人居林规划管理对比研究

Comparative Study on Planning and Management of Rural Residential Forest in Leizhou Peninsula and Hong Kong

人类在发展过程中,不可避免地给自然带来伤害。雷州半岛就是这样一个典型的例子,短短几十年,原先的森林已大面积地被耕地、建筑物所取代,这显得村庄周边遗存的人居林更加珍贵,但现在其保护与发展也面临着重重困难。地理位置与雷州半岛临近的香港是国内最开始研究乡村人居林(重点为风水林)的地区。文章从研究背景、现存状况、保护措施等方面对两地进行对比分析,总结了文化影响、规划管理、发展定位上的不同,希望能对雷州半岛乡村人居林的规划管理起到参考作用。

In the process of human development,it will inevitably bring harm to nature.Leizhou Peninsula is such a typical example.In just a few decades,the original forest has been replaced by cultivated land and buildings in a large area,which makes the remaining rural residential forest around the village more precious,but now its protection and development are also facing many difficulties.Hong Kong,which is close to Leizhou Peninsula,is the first area in China to study rural residential forest(with emphasis on Feng Shui forest).This paper compares and analyzes the two places from the aspects of research background,existing situation and protection measures,and summarizes the differences in cultural impact,planning management and development positioning,hoping to play a reference role in the planning and management of rural residential forest in Leizhou Peninsula.
