摘要
随着旅游和文化消费兴起,将历史文化街区“活态”保护改造为商业街区的方法在各地屡见不鲜,合理规划与更新其公共空间成为实践和研究热点。文章结合环境行为学理论,以磁器口古镇为例,通过实地调研历史商业街区公共空间构成要素,采用行为观察和问卷调查了解人群需求,总结现状问题,提出增强节点吸引力、完善步行网络体系,协调建筑界面、适当减少围合感,完善文化景观及基础服务设施和主题化街区分区四个方面的优化策略,创造宜人步行环境。
With the rise of tourism and cultural consumption,the method of transforming the"live"protection of historical and cultural blocks into commercial blocks is common everywhere.Reasonable planning and updating of public spaces has become a practice and research hotspot.This research combines the theory of environmental behavior and takes the public space of Ciqikou Historical Commercial District as an example.Through field research on the elements of public space,behavior observation and questionnaire surveys are used to understand the needs of pedestrians.In order to create a pleasant walking environment,this paper proposes a multi-faceted optimization strategy including:enhancing the attractiveness of nodes,improving the pedestrian network system,coordinating the building interface,appropriately reducing the sense of enclosure,improving the cultural landscape and basic service facilities,and zoning themed blocks.
