顶空气相色谱法测定水性涂料中的苯系物 被引量:4

Determination of benzene series in waterborne coatings by headspace gas chromatography

摘要 采用浓度为360g·L^(-1)基质改正液作为涂料溶剂,样品经充分溶解后于平衡温度85℃、平衡时间40min,载气压力差为0.01MPa顶空条件下,通过色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,外标法定量测定水性涂料中的苯系物。结果表明,方法线性范围在0.02~1.00mg·L^(-1)范围内,含量与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为0.008~0.010mg·L^(-1),线性系数不小于0.999,方法精密度RSD≤3%,加标回收率为92.3%~98.5%。 The concentration of 360g·L^(-1) matrix correction solution was used as solvent,the sample was fully dissolved and then separated by column chromatography and FID detector under the condition of equilibrium temperature 85℃and equilibrium time 40min,quantitative determination of benzene series in water-borne coatings by external standard method.The results showed that the linear range of the method was 0.02~1.00mg·L^(-1),the detection limit was 0.008~0.010mg·L^(-1),the linear coefficient was not less than 0.999,the precision of the method was less than 3%,the recovery was 92.3%~98.5%.
