气相色谱质谱法同时测定地表水中5种拟除虫菊酯类农药

摘要 建立了固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定地表水中5种拟除虫菊酯类农药的方法。方法的检出限为0.03~0.07μg·L^(-1),地表水样品中5种农药的加标回收率为90.2%~105.3%;单一组分的相对标准偏差小于4%(n=6)。本方法操作快速简便,灵敏度高,检出限低,测试结果准确度和精密度良好,可用于地表水中甲氰菊酯、七氟菊酯、联苯菊酯等拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的同时检测。 A method for the simultaneous determination of five pyrethroid pesticides in surface water by solid phase extraction and GC-MS was established. The detection limit of the method is 0.03 ~0.07μg·L^(-1). The recoveries of five pesticides in surface water samples are 90.2%~105.3%;The relative standard deviation of a single component is less than 4%(n=6). The method has the advantages of fast and simple operation, high sensitivity, low detection limit and good accuracy and precision. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues such as fenpropathrin, heptafluorothrin and bifenthrin in surface water.
