摘要
天然絮凝剂是一种可再生、可降解、环境友好的污水处理剂。本文以处理的西瓜籽为天然絮凝剂,采用响应面分析法研究了pH值和絮凝剂用量对污水浊度、总悬浮固体(TSS)和化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响。发现絮凝剂用量是影响浊度和COD的显著因素,絮凝剂用量和pH值是影响TSS的显著因素。随着絮凝剂用量和pH值在100~200mg·L^(-1)和4~8之间的变化,浊度、TSS和COD去除率最高为94.15%、98.34%、91.39%。当pH值为4.24、絮凝剂用量为120.23mg·L^(-1)时,污水处理效果最好,预测的浊度、TSS和COD去除率分别为67.36%、93.32%和65.49%,与实验结果吻合。
Natural coagulant is a kinds of renewable, degradable and environment-friendly sewage treatment agent. By response surface method, watermelon seeds was used as natural coagulant, the effects of pH value and coagulant dosage on the removal rate of sewage turbidity, total suspended solids (TSS)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)were researched. The results showed that the dosage of coagulant was the significant factors affecting the removal rate of turbidity and COD, the dosage of coagulant and pH value were the significant factors affecting TSS.With the variation of coagulant dosage and pH value between 100~200mg·L^(-1)and 4~8, the highest removal rates of turbidity, TSS and COD were 94.15% , 98.34% and 91.39% respectively. When the pH value was 4.24 and the dosage of coagulant was 120.23mg·L^(-1), the sewage treatment effect reached the best. The predicted removal rates of turbidity, TSS and COD were 67.36%, 93.32% and 65.49% respectively, which were consistent with the experimental data.
