摘要
纳米材料自出现以来,由于其独特的性质,一直都是研究的热点,其中纳米复合氧化物更是受到各个领域广泛的关注。本文综述了纳米复合氧化物Ni/ZnO的制备方法及应用的研究现状,总结了几种纳米复合氧化物Ni/ZnO的合成方法,并对各方法在制备相应的纳米材料时的优缺点进行比较研究。同时具体介绍了纳米复合氧化物Ni/ZnO在不同领域中的应用(光催化剂、气体传感器、电化学材料、脱硫剂等)。提出了纳米复合氧化物应用研究中存在的一些问题,同时对未来的应用研究提出一些观点,指出了纳米Ni/ZnO的发展方向。
Since the emergence of nanomaterials, due to its unique properties, it has always been a research hot spot. Among them, composite nano-oxides have received extensive attention in various fields. This article reviews the research status of the preparation methods and applications of nano-composite oxide Ni/ZnO, and summarizes several synthetic methods of nano-composite oxide Ni/ZnO,And compare the advantages and disadvantages of ball milling method,sol-gel method,precipitation method, hydrothermal method, vapor deposition methodwhen preparing nanomaterials.At the same time, it specifically introduces the application of nano composite oxide Ni/ZnO in different fields: photocatalysts, gas sensors, electrochemical materials, desulfurizers, etc. Some problems in the applica-tion research of nano-composite oxides are put forward. At the same time, some opinions are put forward for future application research, and the future development direction of nano-Ni/ZnO is pointed out.
