摘要
综述了溶剂脱沥青、溶剂精制、超临界流体萃取等3类溶剂萃取技术在催化油浆烃类组分分离中的研究进展,对不同溶剂萃取技术的分离原理以及在实际应用中的优势与不足进行了分析总结。指出溶剂萃取技术在未来应深入研究催化油浆化学组成及分子结构特点,加快多溶剂梯级萃取工艺的研究,强化组合分离工艺的开发。
It mainly summarizes the research progress of three types of solvent extraction technologies such as solvent deasphalting, solvent refining, and supercritical fluid extraction in the separation of catalytic oil slurry com-ponents. The separation principles of different solvent extraction technologies and the advantages and disadvantages in practical applications are analyzed and summarized. It is pointed out that the solvent extraction technology should thoroughly study the chemical composition and molecular structure characteristics of the catalytic oil slurry,accelerate the research of the multi-solvent cascade extraction process, and strengthen the development of the combined separation process.
