铜材连续挤压过程中的缺陷焊合研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对连续挤压产品的分层缺陷,根据铜材连续挤压工艺制定缺陷焊合试验方案,研究焊合温度、单位压力及晶粒尺寸对焊合质量的影响。结果表明:在温度一定时,随着单位压力的逐渐增加,焊合试样的室温抗拉强度逐渐增加,焊合质量越来越好;随着焊合温度的升高,单位压力对室温抗拉强度影响效果越来越明显。在单位压力一定的情况下,当焊合温度在550~600℃时,试样的室温抗拉强度呈现上升趋势;当焊合温度在600~700℃时,试样的室温抗拉强度呈现下降趋势。在相同焊合温度和单位压力的条件下,细晶焊合试样室温抗拉强度明显高于铸坯(粗晶)焊合试样。 Aiming at the layering defect of continuous extrusion products,the test scheme of copper defect welding was established according to the condition of continuous extrusion process.The influence of healing temperature,unit pressure and grain size on healing quality was studied.The results show that at a certain temperature,with the gradual increase of the unit pressure,the tensile strength of the healed sample at room temperature gradually increases,the healing quality is getting better and better;with the increase of healing temperature,the effect of unit pressure on room temperature tensile strength is more and more obvious.Under a certain unit pressure,when the healing temperature is between 550℃ and 600℃,the room temperature tensile strength of the sample shows an upward trend;when the healing temperature is between 600℃ and 700℃,the tensile strength of the sample at room temperature shows a downward trend.Under the same healing temperature and unit pressure conditions,the tensile strength of the fine-grained welded samples at room temperature is significantly higher than that of the casting blank(coarse-grain) healed samples.
