摘要
通过OM、SEM、EBSD、XRD等技术研究Fe-0.4C-10Mn-6Al系δ-TRIP钢铸态和热轧态组织,并对试验钢进行拉伸试验。通过分析得到试验钢在铸态、热轧态的组织特点和力学性能。结果表明,δ-TRIP钢Fe-0.4C-10Mn-6Al在铸态及热轧态时组织主要为δ铁素体和奥氏体,热轧态还含有少量碳化物。铸态平均晶粒尺寸为20.08μm,热轧态的平均晶粒尺寸较铸态小,为3.17μm。热轧态钢与铸态相比,强度和伸长率均有所提高,综合力学性能大幅提升。
The microstructure of as-cast and hot-rolled δ-TRIP steel Fe-0.4C-10Mn-6Al were studied by OM,SEM,EBSD and XRD techniques,and the tensile tests of the experimental steel s were carried out.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel in as-cast and hot-rolled state were obtained by analysis.The results show that the structure of δ-TRIP steel Fe-0.4C-10Mn-6Al in as-cast and hot-rolled states is mainly δ ferrite and austenite,and the hot-rolled state also contains a small amount of carbides.The average grain size in as-cast state is 20.08 μm,and the average grain size in hot-rolled state is smaller than that in as-cast state,which is 3.17 μm.Compared with those of the as-cast state,the strength and elongation of the hot-rolled steel are improved,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are greatly improved.
