摘要 为了探究工艺参数对低压铸造铝合金轮毂缩孔形成的影响,通过其低压铸造数值模拟,预测了上轮缘、胎圈座中的缩孔和轮辋中的缩松两种潜在缺陷。针对缺陷严重的胎圈座部位,通过更改冷却通道、冷却介质和流量以及加入绝缘材料,提出多种优化方案并分析。结果表明:对热节部位施加冷却可以诱导缺陷向施冷侧的反方向转移;缺陷的改善程度及转移的距离受施加冷却强弱的影响;对热节冷却的同时对冷节采取保温措施,有利于延缓补缩通道关闭和降低冷却对周边冷节的影响。 In order to explore the influence of process parameters on the formation of shrinkage cavities in low-pressure die casting aluminum alloy wheels hub,two potential defects,the shrinkage holes in the bead seat and the upper rim and the shrinkage porosity in the rim were predicted through the numerical simulation analysis.Several optimization schemes were put forward and analyzed for serious defect of the tread seat by changing the cooling channel,cooling medium and flow rate and adding insulation material.The results show that applying cooling to the hot spot can cause the defect to move in the opposite direction to the cooling side.The improvement degree of defects and the distance of defect transfer are affected by the intensity of applied cooling.It is beneficial to delay the closing of the filling channel and reduce the influence of cooling on the surrounding cold spot by adding insulation material and cooling to the hot spot.
