阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是痴呆的最常见病因,目前其发病机制尚不明确。AD的诊断需要重点关注临床表现,通过量表评估、实验室检查、影像学检查等综合评价而得出结论。对于确诊AD的患者,应采取综合治疗策略,以最大程度地保护认知功能,延缓疾病的进展。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is the most common cause of dementia.At present,its pathogenesis is not clear.The diagnosis of AD focuses on clinical manifestations and draws conclusions through comprehensive evaluation,including scale evaluation,laboratory examination and imaging examination.For patients diagnosed with AD,comprehensive treatment strategies should be adopted to protect cognitive function to the greatest extent and delay the progression of the disease.
