摘要
我国教育高质量发展经历了单一内涵教育高质量发展、多元内涵教育高质量发展和全面发展教育高质量发展三个时期。教育高质量发展的总体特征表现在,一是教育高质量发展的议题更加丰富和细化;二是人的全面发展成为教育高质量发展的核心议题;三是教育创新成为教育高质量发展的新动力;四是教育高质量发展更加注重协同,实现以效率为导向的教育规模和以均衡发展为导向的教育公平的联动发展;五是教育结构的持续优化不断促进教育高质量发展的提升与完善。政府和学校应进一步落实学生全面发展观,提升学生素养、注重教育创新模式和理念的培养、深化教育改革措施,优化教育结构,不断提升教育高质量发展水平。
The high-quality development of China’s education has experienced the evolution from single connotative education to multiple and comprehensive high quality education. It is characteristic of abundant and specified subjects, core focus on personal all-round development, educational innovation as new dynamism,coordinated advance for the linkage development of efficiency-oriented education scale and equity-oriented educational development, and continuous optimization of educational structure for promotion and improvement of high-quality development. This research argues that administrations and schools can further implement the concept of students’ overall development, improve students’ quality, cultivate educational innovation models and ideas, deepen educational reform, optimize educational structure, and constantly improve the high-quality development of education.
