糖尿病患者胰岛素注射和自我监测恐惧量表的汉化及其在1型糖尿病患儿中的信度效度检验

Translation, reliability and validity of the Diabetes Fear of Injecting and Self-testing Questionnaire in children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 :汉化糖尿病患者胰岛素注射和自我监测恐惧量表(Diabetes Fear of Injecting and Selftesting Questionnaire,D-FISQ)并在1型糖尿病患儿中进行信度、效度检验。方法 :采用Brislin翻译模型对量表进行双向翻译、回译和文化调试,形成中文版D-FISQ。采用便利抽样法对196例1型糖尿病患儿进行问卷调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果 :中文版D-FISQ包含自我监测恐惧量表(Fear of Self-Testing,FST)和胰岛素注射恐惧量表(Fear of Insulin Injecting,FSI)两个分量表,探索性因子分析两个分量表均提取4个公因子,FST累计方差贡献率为61.769%,FSI累计方差贡献率为62.812%。总量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.911,内容效度指数为0.96;FST Cronbach’s α系数为0.802、重测信度为0.831,FSI Cronbach’s α系数为0.833、重测信度为0.833。结论 :中文版D-FISQ具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估1型糖尿病患儿胰岛素注射和自我监测恐惧的工具。

Objective:To translate the Diabetes Fear of Injecting and Self-testing Questionnaire(D-FISQ)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity in children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus.Methods:The Chinese version of the D-FISQ was developed by using Brislin translation model including translation,back translation and cross-cultural adaptation.A total of 196 children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus were recruited by a convenience sampling to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of D-FISQ contains the Fear of Self-Testing(FST)and Fear of Insulin Injecting(FSI)scales,and the exploratory factor analysis of both subscales extracted 4 common factors,the cumulative variance contribution of FST was 61.769%and that of FSI was 62.812%.The Cronbach’sαcoeffcient for total scale was 0.911and the content validity index was 0.96.The Cronbach’sαcoeffcient for FST subscale was 0.802 and the test-retest reliability was 0.831.The Cronbach’sαcoeffcient for FSI was 0.833 and the test-retest reliability was 0.833.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the D-FISQ has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to assess the fear of insulin injecting and selftesting in children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus.
