中国经济发展质量及其各维度贡献的变迁——基于中国城市层面的分析

Changes in the Quality of China’s Urban Economic Development and the Contribution of Its Constituent Dimensions——Based on the Analysis of Chinese Cities

经济高质量发展已经成为我国当前经济发展的内在要求。从经济发展效率、经济发展稳定、经济发展持续和直接的经济增长四个维度构建经济发展质量的评价指标,利用城市的数据对我国经济发展质量进行分析,研究发现我国经济发展质量总体上呈现出“N”形波动性上升的趋势,这一特征在时间上在东部、中部和西部地区的城市呈阶梯形特征出现,等级越高的城市经济发展质量越好。但经济发展质量四个维度对经济发展质量贡献度的变动也非常明显。在2008年以前,中国经济发展质量的驱动来源主要是直接的经济增长、经济发展稳定和经济发展效率,但是2008年以后,直接经济增长和经济发展稳定的贡献度在快速下降,而经济发展持续和经济发展效率则成为经济高质量发展的重要驱动力量。

High-quality economic development has become an inherent requirement of my countrys’current economic development.This paper uses the entropy method to construct the evaluation index of urban economic development quality from the four dimensions of economic development efficiency,economic development stability,sustained economic development and economic development effect,and analyzes the economic development quality of 279 cities in my country.The quality of urban economic development in my country generally shows an upward trend of“N”-shaped volatility.This feature appears in the eastern,central,and western regions as a stepped characteristic in time.At the same time,the higher the grade,the higher the urban economic development quality.The better.However,the changes in the four dimensions that constitute the quality of urban economic development are quite different,and the changes in the contribution to the quality of urban economic development are also very obvious.Before 2008,the driving sources of the quality of urban economic development in China were mainly economic development effects and economic development.Stability and efficiency of economic development.However,after 2008,the contribution of economic development effects and economic development stability has declined rapidly,and sustained economic development and economic development efficiency have become important driving dimensions for the high-quality development of urban economic development.
