蒙脱土增强再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能试验研究

摘要 为了改善再生混凝土(Recycled Aggregate Concrete,RAC)的抗氯离子渗透性能,试验用蒙脱土等质量替换水泥制成RAC试件,试验通过电通量法研究蒙脱土掺量对混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,试验结果表明:当再生骨料(Recycled Aggregate,RA)替代率为30%时,RAC的抗氯离子渗透性能较普通混凝土(Normal Concrete,NC)下降3.7%;当RA替代率分别为0%和30%时,随着蒙脱土的掺加,NC和RAC的抗氯离子渗透性能分别提升15%和15.9%,改善效果明显,此时蒙脱土最佳掺量为2%。 In order to improve the anti-chloride permeability of recycled concrete,the test will replace cement with montmorillonite and other qualities to make RAC specimens,determine the chloride ion permeability resistance of concrete by galvanic method,study the effect of montmorillonite doping on the chloride permeability of concrete,and the test results show that when the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is 30%,The chloride ion permeability of RAC decreased by 3.7%compared with that of ordinary concrete,and when the RA replacement rate was 0%and 30%,respectively,with the addition of montmorillonite,the anti-chloride permeability of NC and RAC increased by 15%and 15.9%,respectively,and the improvement effect was obvious,and the optimal dosage of montmorillonite was 2%.
