废旧沥青混合料和铁尾矿对水泥稳定碎石力学性能影响研究

摘要 为了研究掺加废旧沥青混合料RAP和铁尾矿对水泥稳定碎石力学性能的影响,通过无侧限抗压强度试验、间接抗拉强度试验(劈裂强度试验),研究RAP和铁尾矿复掺百分比对水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度的影响规律。结果表明RAP、铁尾矿在复掺下通过参与形成骨架和填充作用使水泥稳定碎石能满足规范要求,本文通过研究劈裂强度与无侧限抗压强度的比值,衡量不同配比下水泥稳定碎石的抗裂性能,并给出工程实际中推荐配比为RAP掺量50%、铁尾矿掺量100%。 in order to study the effect of adding rap and iron tailings on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam,the effect of the percentage of rap and iron tailings on the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of cement stabilized macadam was studied through unconfined compressive test and indirect tensile test(splitting strength test).The results show that rap and iron tailings can participate in the formation of skeleton and filling to make the cement stabilized macadam meet the specification requirements.By studying the ratio of splitting strength to unconfined strength,the crack resistance of cement stabilized macadam under different ratios is measured.Combined with the engineering practice,the recommended ratios are 50%rap and 100%iron tailings.
