摘要
从古至今,人们离不开的是衣食住行,而“食”的概念在人们的生活发展中一直被不断赋予新的定义,在未来传统餐饮行业必然会被颠覆,在智能化时代到来的今天,智慧餐饮一词已经出现在人们的生活中,促使我们对“无人餐厅”智慧建筑空间设计及相关理论进行初步探索,包括对无人餐饮建筑空间秩序的设计、建筑功能单元的细化分区、自助健康测评系统的思路以及菜品“私人定制”理念的探究。
Since ancient times,what people cannot do without is food,clothing,housing and transportation,and the concept of“food”has been constantly given a new definition in the development of people’s life.In the future,the traditional catering industry will inevitably be subverted.Today,with the arrival of the intelligent era,the word“smart catering”has appeared in people’s life.It urges us to make a preliminary exploration on the space design of intelligent building of“unmanned restaurant”and related theories,including the design of the space order of unmanned restaurant building,the detailed division of building function units,the idea of self-service health assessment system and the exploration of the concept of“private customization”of dishes.
