萘酰亚胺衍生物的合成及在水相中检测苦味酸 被引量:1

摘要 合成了一个萘酰亚胺衍生物(Npd)荧光探针并鉴定了其化学结构。Npd表现出分子内电荷转移(ICT)和聚集诱导发光(AIE)性质。该化合物可以在水相中识别苦味酸(2,4,6-三硝基苯酚,PA),检测限为2.09×10^(-6)mol/L。作用机制为PA的质子转移到Npd,有效地阻断了其ICT发射,使荧光发生显著猝灭。另外,Npd细胞毒性较低,可做成试纸对PA进行快速检测。 A naphthalimide derivative(Npd)was synthesized and characterized.Npd presented intramolecular charge transfer(ICT)emission and aggregation-induced emission(AIE).It could be used to detect picronitric acid(2,4,6-trinitrophenol,PA)in aqueous phase,and the calculated limit detection was 2.09×10^(-6)mol/L.The mechanism for sensing PA was investigated using^(1)H NMR,the proton transfered from PA to Npd and blocked the ICT emission,and caused the fluorescence remarkably to be quenched.Further,Npd showed low cytotoxicity and could be made into test strips for rapid PA detection.
