多功能稀土单分子磁体的研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of multifunctional rare earth based single molecular magnets

摘要 单分子磁体(Single-molecule magnets,SMMs)因其磁性双稳态和慢磁弛豫行为而在自旋电子学、量子计算及高密度信息存储设备等方面存在潜在应用。稀土离子具有强自旋轨道耦合效应和大的磁各向异性,故而成为构筑SMMs的首选中心配位离子。近些年来,尽管稀土SMMs的磁阻塞温度已提升到液氮温度之上,但这类化合物要实现室温磁体功能仍面临重大挑战。因此,设计高性能稀土SMMs具有重大意义,不仅需对稀土SMMs制备进行实时原位监控以获得构筑信息,还需阐释其磁弛豫行为。此外,通过结合稀土SMMs的磁性和发光性质发现磁光稀土配合物的设计策略。 Single-molecule magnets(SMMs)have potential applications in terms of spin electrons,quantum computing and high-density information storage devices due to their magnetic dual steady and slow magnetic relaxation.Rare earth ions have strong spin orbit coupling effect and large magnetic anisotropy so as to the preferred coordination ions for the construction of SMMs.In recent years,although the magnetic blocking temperature of rare earth based SMMs has been overcome the liquid nitrogen temperature,there are still major challenges for these compounds to realize the function of room temperature magnets.Therefore,the construction of high-performance rare earth based SMMs is of great significance.It is not only necessary to monitor the preparation of rare earth based SMMs in real time in situ equipment to obtain construction information,but also to explain its magnetic relaxation behavior.In addition,the design strategy of magneto-optical rare earth compounds is given by combining with the magnetic and luminescent properties of rare earth SMMs.
