摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎患者康复出院后核酸检测呈“再阳性”这一现象受到广泛关注,给临床治疗和疫情防控带来严峻挑战。本文综述了康复后核酸检测复阳的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的流行病学特点、临床特点、核酸检测再阳性的可能原因及潜在传染性,为新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的出院管理和制定合理的疫情防控措施提供参考。
The phenomenon of nucleic acid test “re-positive” after recovery and discharge from the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) has attracted widespread attention, which brings severe challenges to clinical treatment and epidemic prevention and control. This article reviews the epidemiological and clinical characteristics, the possible factors of re-positivity of nucleic acid testing and its potential infectivity in novel coronavirus patients after rehabilitation, providing references for the management of discharged patients with COVID-19 and formulation of reasonable measures the virus prevention and control.
