地铁车辆基地综合开发与自身消防设计的思考与研究

摘要 随着城市建设日益发展,城市用地日益紧张,地铁车辆基地的选址也愈发困难,各地城市规划要求土地利用集约化,选址采用三维空间出让,区域统筹TOD开发模式。在既有规范对车辆基地及盖板开发预留等消防设计相关规范涵盖不全的困难条件下,通过工程设计实践,对地铁车辆基地消防设计的难点进行思考与研究,较好地解决地铁车辆基地消防问题。 With the development of urban construction and the increasing shortage of urban land, it is increasingly difficult to select the site of subway vehicle base. Urban planning around the country requires intensive land use. The site selection adopts the three-dimensional space transfer and regional overall TOD development mode. Under the difficult condition that the existing specifications do not fully cover the fire-fighting design related specifications of vehicle base and cover plate development and reservation, the difficulties in fire-fighting design of metro vehicle base are considered and studied through engineering design practice, so as to better solve the firefighting problems of metro vehicle base.
