混凝土装配式建筑现浇连接部位关键施工技术

KEY CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF CAST-IN-PLACE CONNECTION PART OF CONCRETE PREFABRICATED BUILDING

以某酒店工程为例,分析了混凝土装配式建筑具有节约建筑施工资源、施工便捷化与施工标准化的优势。基于此,指出了混凝土装配式建筑现浇连接部位关键施工技术要点,为确保施工质量与效率,需控制好转换层钢筋定位技术、预制墙体标高、PCF板施工等各个环节,严格控制各个环节与细节,在提升施工质量的同时,缩短施工周期,满足项目工程的质量与效益需求,为混凝土装配式建筑施工提供一些借鉴。

Taking a hotel project as an example, this paper analyzes the advantages of prefabricated concrete buildings in saving construction resources, convenient construction and standardization of construction. Based on this, points out the concrete prefabricated construction key construction technology of cast-in-place connection points, in order to ensure the construction quality and efficiency, to control the transformation layer reinforced positioning technology, the precast wall elevation, PCF construction and so on each link, strictly control each link with the details, at the same time of improving the quality of construction, shorten the construction period, meet the demand of the quality and effectiveness of the project. It provides some reference for concrete assembly building construction.
