结合地下连续墙施工的大直径深埋钢筋混凝土污水管线清障施工技术 被引量:7

摘要 以台州市域铁路S1线开发大道站对影响地下连续墙施工的大直径钢筋混凝土污水管线清障施工为背景,提出了在污水管线未迁改完成的情况下采用明挖方式对地下污水管线进行清障的施工工艺,实现了将钢筋混凝土污水管道完整挖出,清障效果好且能兼顾后续地下连续墙施工。相较于常用的液压振动捶破碎管道或旋挖钻机破碎管道清障施工方式,避免了残留钢筋或清障不彻底对后续地下连续墙施工产生影响。 Based on the obstacle removal construction of large-diameter reinforced concrete sewage pipeline affecting the construction of underground diaphragm wall at Kaifa Avenue station of Taizhou City railway line S1,this paper puts forward the construction technology of using open excavation to remove the obstacle of underground sewage pipeline without the completion of relocation of sewage pipeline, so as to realize the complete excavation of reinforced concrete sewage pipeline. The barrier removal effect is good, and the follow-up diaphragm wall construction can be taken into account. Compared with the commonly used construction methods of hydraulic vibrationhammer breaking pipeline or rotary drilling rig breaking pipeline obstacle removal, it avoids the impact of residual reinforcement or incomplete obstacle removal on the subsequent construction of diaphragm wall.
